Returns and Refund
Cancellation
- Cancellation is not allowed, except when the order is not processed and not collected by the Courier Services company, or his agent. Otherwise, it will be subject to M DEGREE discretion for the Cancellation, and the decision is deemed final.
- Refund due to the above cancellation, if any, will be done within 14 to 21 working days.
Returns and refund
- Refunds shall be limited to the Purchase and Transaction value of goods only, excluding free gifts, courier charges, etc.
- All goods sold are not returnable and refundable.
- Except for goods that wrongly delivered, or come with manufacturers’ defects, upon verification, approval and confirmation from the M DEGREE.
- Otherwise, no Return or Refund of goods will be allowed.
- We do not accept returned products if:
- After receiving the product, we detect defects in it or its packaging.
• The product has been assembled or installed. For example, many chairs, tables and stools require assembly, and pendant lamps, wall lamps and wall shelves generally require installation.
• Animal fur, hair or stains on the returned product will automatically result in a decision not to accept the product return.
If faults are detected in the condition of the product, our customer service will contact you.
Claims
In case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please email us at store@maticdegree.com within 3 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its package. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
